In this six-week course, you'll develop a strong foundation and learn techniques to enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance. To facilitate the smooth execution of our stretches and strength training components, we will commence with a group warm-up that includes cardio elements. We highly encourage you to stand up and step onto the mat or floor, and embrace the opportunity to experiment, push your limits, unleash your potential, and relish the experience!
