Cancellation Policy

All payments made to FAME School of Performing Arts are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, dismissal, or missed days. Once registration is submitted and payment is received, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued. Program Transfer Option: In place of refunds, payments may be transferred as a credit toward another FAME School of Performing Arts program, subject to the following conditions: • Transfers may be applied to another program during the same calendar year • Transfers are subject to availability • Credits are non-transferable and may only be used for the originally registered participant • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash • Any price difference between programs must be paid in full at the time of transfer Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by FAME School of Performing Arts. Approval is at the sole discretion of FAME School of Performing Arts. By completing registration, I acknowledge and agree to this zero-refund, transfer-only policy. Payments for the upcoming 2026/27 season will be made in three terms as follows: Term 1: September 8th to November 30th Term 2: December 1st to March 31st Term 3: April 1st to June This payment schedule has been designed to provide a clear and manageable structure for all members. Payments will be processed on the first day of each term. Late payments will be subject to a 10% late fee for each day the payment remains outstanding. By completing registration, I acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.
