Welcome to FAME School of Performing Arts. By using our website, registering for a program or participating in any FAME class, camp, workshop, private lesson or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
A student’s place is not guaranteed until registration is complete and any required registration fees or deposits have been received.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is payable according to the payment schedule outlined at the time of registration.
For season programs, tuition is generally divided into three automatic term payments unless otherwise specified.
Families are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method remains on file. Declined or overdue payments may result in late fees or suspension from classes until the account is brought current.
Registration Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable and secure your student’s place in the program.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Families wishing to withdraw from a program must notify FAME in writing.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition refunds or credits, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with FAME’s current withdrawal policy. Costume fees, competition fees and other expenses already incurred may not be refundable.
Attendance
Regular attendance is important for student development and the success of performances.
Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes, rehearsals and performances.
Missed classes by students are not eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
If FAME cancels a class due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled whenever reasonably possible.
Studio Closures
FAME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, instructor illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.
Families will be notified as soon as possible regarding any schedule changes.
Performances
Participation in performances, showcases and competitions may require additional rehearsals outside of regular class times.
Performance dates, venues and schedules are subject to change.
Costumes, competition entry fees and production-related expenses may be billed separately where applicable.
Competitive Team
Competitive Team participation requires a season-long commitment.
Students and families are expected to comply with the Competitive Team Commitment, including attendance requirements, rehearsals, competitions and performances.
Failure to meet participation expectations may affect casting or continued placement on the team.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled by appointment.
Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of FAME.
Birthday Parties
Birthday party reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Birthday parties are available Sundays only and are subject to studio availability.
Summer Camps & Workshops
Camp and workshop registrations are subject to availability.
Specific cancellation, refund and transfer policies may vary depending on the program and will be communicated during registration.
Health & Safety
Parents or guardians are responsible for informing FAME of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect participation.
Students should only participate when they are medically able to do so.
FAME reserves the right to refuse participation if a student’s health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
Behaviour Expectations
FAME is committed to providing a positive, respectful and inclusive environment.
Students, parents and visitors are expected to treat instructors, staff and fellow families with courtesy and respect.
FAME reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive or inconsistent with our studio values.
Photography & Media
Photographs and video may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, camps and studio events for promotional purposes.
Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional materials should notify FAME in writing.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and branding, is the property of FAME School of Performing Arts unless otherwise noted.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in dance, musical theatre and performing arts activities involves inherent physical risks.
By registering, parents and guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that FAME School of Performing Arts, its directors, instructors, staff and volunteers shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
FAME reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
